They're very knowledgeable about yarn and all things yarn-related, and very nice people. They have a great selection of really beautiful yarns. I am fortunate that they're not closer to my house, or I'd be bankrupt.

I enjoy a trip to the Woolie Ewe with my wife because, as I commented this past weekend, it's like being in a box of soft Crayolas with two bazillion colors. :)
