I think I've done about as much on this one as I can other than applying a sealant, though I'm awaiting possible suggestions from more experienced painters:

The pencil shot gives a pretty good perspective on why I seem to be unable to get the right shading between the shoulder straps.
PS Ruby is not the name of the mini as sculpted; it's the name of the character for whom I'm painting her.
